He is tactically inept, has one way of playing, and either cannot, or will not change shape or formation to suit who we are playing, or if things aren't going to plan during games. His substitutions are clueless, 99% of the time it's just like for like, not even attempting to use the subs to alter the formation. His man management is non existent, they players don't actually seem to want to play for him, although, who would blame them when they get thrown under the bus to cover up for the ineptitude of the manager. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The same players and manager got us to 3rd place halfway through the season. Monk's tactics were effective when he had Fletcher as a focal point.
