I do wonder if we'd have been better off leaving Bullen in charge and Clemence and Agnew  coming in later with Bruce.

Yep

Looks that way at the moment, momentum has been completely lost

Bullen had certainly made a difference. Might have been prudent to maintain Bullen in charge as it looks like a lot of chopping and changing has gone on with coaching , training and tactics that has unsettled the players. Could have been a fresh start for Bruce and his team when they came in.

It's looking that way. Mrs Bruce might just tell him to get out from under her feet in the next week.

Said that as soon as it was announced, poor decision to replace him, and if Agnew and Clemence were starting to implement Bruces tactics today, we'd be better off with keeping Bullen in the long run.

Hard to argue against that at the moment isn't it. Agnew has talked a good game of expansive play and attacking threat yet we had a couple of shots on target at home to a League One side and none on target today. His record as a caretaker is scary as well.

Unless we’ve sorted out a decent January budget for Bruce, I’d let him remain with his family, and look again in the summer

Based on what? They literally are playing the same 433 and same squad Bullen was. When will people realise this team just isn’t good enough?

Probably never and no doubt grown men will cry about it but i hope we sell our big hitters within the next couple of windows.

Have you heard of tactics fella?

Same team - different tactics

We barely wanted to get over the halfway line first half and stuck to two lines of defence deep in our own half

We didn’t play like that over Xmas

Because. ..

You can play the same formation but have different tactics and style...

..and the last two games have been very different to the games in which Bullen was in charge.

Yep.

Potentially made a huge rod for his own back before he even starts the job.

How can people take his coaching staff seriously if they oversee a poor run before he comes in?

These players can't even do the basics!

Theyre ordered to do as they’re told

They weren’t crossing the half way line for a reason

Fletcher was chasing shadows on his own

Absolutely diabolical and disasterous to run with that type of approach in a game

The football we played against Birmingham was great. Complete contrast now!

Said on the radio we were playing 4-1-4-1? Wasn't there so can't verify.

I just don’t no why we can’t keep it simple, bully seemed to just let us do what we do best. Rather than trying to impose a certain style or way of playing on the players. Massively frustrating when you no what we’ve got in the locker and we turn that out today.
