Although the other side of the coin is that he was giving a manager full control of the team, which is the way it should be! Westwood and Hutchinson are elite players in this league and we have pissed on our own chips by some ridiculous decision making. There's absolutely no getting around this. The quality of the players that Luhukay just left in the cold was far too great for him to just be able to do it without there being anyone at the club who was in a position to take him to task on it and find a better solution. But Carvalhal was able to do the same though. We're still crying out for a better managerial structure at the club. Someone between the manager and Chansiri who actually knows football.
