There’s a LOT of mental rebuilding still to do in this side - which is going to be our side, give or take, for the next 18 months - and Loovens is still a key part of that. He needs to finish the mentorship project with Lees, and Lees needs to step up within the year as a potential replacement. They’ve both still got work to do if we’re not to be left in the lurch.
