Carlos Carvalhal "Bolton will play for the lives"

Recommended Posts

Since Notlob beat us, they have scored Zero and conceded 16 in League games.

Yes Carlos, a tough game tomorrow.

Jesus!

I don't think Carlos is scared particularly - just saying the truth - that Bolton will be riiiiiight up for this one

Exactly. Once every 10 games won't do this season however.

Sort it out consistently Carlos or you are on your bike old son.

You really cant stand our manager can you.

There are no easy games in this league , EVERY opponent should be given maximum respect.

But not to the point of bigging them up! I look forward to the time when we have a manger who peruses our superb squad then goes to the pre-match presser and says 'it's up to us - we play like we can and we win, no question'. Bolton are the sort of team clubs realistically eyeing up promotion should be smashing to smithereens. Can anyone seriously argue against this?

posistion in league 24 (have a guess how many teams are in the league?)

Bolton

Played 11

Won 0

Drawn 2

Lost 9

Goals for 4

Goals against 22

GD -18

Pts 2

ooohhh, scary form that...

So, 1-0 to Bolton then.

It's the Wednesday way.

This is exactly the type of game we lose purely because of how the team is set up.

Tomorrow night we’ll all want a change of manager again.

come join us in the wrist slitters thread lol

Every side on this division is capable of beating any other on any day, you just show your ignorance by believing otherwise. CC is wise to prepare, players, unlike you, are  not so daft as to fall for 'go out and slaughter them' week in week out, stick to fantasy football, not the real world.

Which bit of Won 0 did you not understand?

Hi Carlos.

They've played 11 games so far and that day hasn't come yet...

So you expect them to go all season without a win?

Personally, if we are a team that wants to be promoted this season, I would expect them to be winless (nay, pointless, nay, goalless) in their 2 games against us.

No one is biging them up, just never take any side for granted, very sensible approach, it's not running scared its about players not becoming complacent.

We won a match comfortably. Carlos kicks shoes off, hands behind head, puts feet up on his desk and surveys his comfort zone as he puts 9 behind the ball against "up for it Bolton". Practising his post match blox as we speak.

But like we did in the derby game? "Just another match".

All managers big up the opposition, it's so that if they lose they have an excuse

I love how despite being lead up to a winnable game this thread is pretty much of who's-who of the resident Owlstalk yer da tier Carlos Out tail tugging tuggers.

Here's hoping we win convincingly, if for no other reason than we'll get another nice break from you whiners!
