Sheffield Wednesday manager Carlos Carvalhal is under no illusion that the Bolton Wanderers away game will be an easy encounter

During his press conference he spoke about what he expects to face in the game

Bolton will play for the lives, we can't think we will go there and it will be easy. Absolutely not

Clearly expecting a battle. Let's hope he sticks to attacking football and doesn't just put a team of defensive battlers out

Yes we know Carlos. Birmingham were the same the week before they shipped 6. Tough teams in your head.

Stop with the excuses and go into a game with confidence and attacking intent for once.

Like the last match you mean?

Bang on Mr Farrell, sick of hearing him spew this rubbish, how many have goals have Burton conceded after we managed to let a 1-0 lead slip, make or break month .

Exactly. Once every 10 games won't do this season however.

Sort it out consistently Carlos or you are on your bike old son.

In fairness, up to the last minute equaliser at Cardiff CC had got the team on a good run. Then the debacle v the pigs (admittedly his fault) and the hangover against Brum. But he blew off the pressure to get back on track against Leeds and over the period we can see this as a good run with a bit of a blip in it. But reasons to be optimistic. It's good that CC is wary of Bolton - we don't want him caught cold again against a team that "want it more".

Was just going to post the same thing. Other teams have had no problem beating Bolton, why should we be any different. Like you say we don't want excuses, just go and attack and we should have more than enough to beat them.

Talking is done on the pitch.

"Had a chat"with most of our team on the pitch at Bolton in the cup .

But I don't think they heard me from 20 rows back ..

Probably best they didn't hear what I had to say .

Since then found it difficult to say the right words :picnic:
