If McCormack played in our team alongside FF, Bannan etc, he'd score and assist more than Hooper.

And there's no way Hooper would match McCormack's tally in Fulham's current side.

There is little or nothing between Hooper and McCormack. So why do you always criticise our man and praise Fulham"s?

Well, there is. Very different players.

Was talking goals and assists.

Not as simple as that though, is it..

McCormack offers more as a player.

I don't know. Based on what? I see Hooper at least once a week. I see RM once a season at our place and 2 minute highlights now and again.

From what I see from our man over 20 odd games I am happy to keep him over RM. Both would be great, but if it's either/or I am absolutely delighted to keep Hooper, let alone several million quid.

McCormack has more strings to his bow. I like Hooper, he's a good poacher at this level. Doesn't have McCormack's ability to carry the ball. Ross is a freekick specialist too.

Does it matter how they score their goals or provide their assists?

25 worldies or 25 in off the shin....who cares?

The number they provide matters

If player A scores 25 and creates 10, and player B scores 25 and creates 5, then it's no competition as to which one is better

As it is, anyone that thinks we'll be losing Hooper this summer is a little bit crazy

Managers care. The more ways you can hurt the opposition, the better.

Pointless argument anyway. McCormack isn't joining, and I doubt Hooper is going anywhere.

Yes after all our stunners last season we have a certain standard to uphold.

Leave the flukes to the pigs
