TheWednesdayFC
A Portuguese football coach had a burning ambition to assemble a successful and entertaining squad of players. Initially, without the required standard of players contracted to the club, he had a challenge and sought resolution by signing several on loan deals. Once the squad was in place it some became apparent that they were a very strong defensive unit. In addition, with a young Portuguese player named Lucas Joao playing in the striking role the outlook looked positive. Consequently, the fans today can often be heard proudly exclaiming which team they support followed by the statement that they will soon return to the top flight of English football where traditionally the club has played. airborne_rat_of_s6
I loved Carlos's pre-match interview today. Trying to use the drinking beer analogy to explain the endurance and tiredness of players was class.
