HOOTIE AND THE SHIT TU
Bright all day for me Just a bloke, who used up all his luck in one go when he met his wife.

Guest minsk owl
Bright was good in the air , ( on the day it really mattered )
Owl Capone
For me they would have complemented each other in the mould of Toshack/Keegan and Tuert/Royle. I think they would have been a perfect match
bradowl
I can still see Bright missing that chance to put us 2-1 up in Cup final replay.
bradowl
And I remember him telling us to flip off in a reserve game at Millmoor. Mate shouted to Chris Woods that 'you're allowed to handle ball Chris" when he'd just let a goal in, Bright stood on half way line turned to us and shouted feck off. TrickyTrev
Going a little off topic here, but given the depth if English forwards and the way the game has gone, if these were both playing today, they'd both have a dozen England caps each. mcmigo
Chapman for me. More clinical and drove dirty Leeds to the title. Was unplayable in the air at times.
alanharper
Chapman - brave as flip , got stretchered off loads of times after sticking his head in where it hurt, scored goals and his all round game came on leaps and bounds with us.
panda800
what about the fa cup game v derby where he got sent off before half time so he could get a train to london to be with his chick
Rogers
Chapman was a bit of lump really, great in the air. Rather have Bright in the team.
LocomotiveOwlerton
Lee Chapman would get booked A LOT, if he played today. Bright for me.
Prendo's boots
Either...(fence sitter) Both had obvious flaws in their games but both worked their socks off for the team and did a good job!!...
alanharper
what about the fa cup game v derby where he got sent off before half time so he could get a train to london to be with his chick Think it was more a case of George Effing Courtney very harshly sending him off and Chapman going down to London an hour earlier than planned! owlerfan1
chapman for me. his ground skills improved greatly in his last season with us, but seem to remember that when he didn't get the pay rise he wanted, he went on the cheap to Niort in france, then on a quick transfer to Forest, cos they wouldn't pay us what he was worth.....lost us a lot in transfer fees, and very underhand imo. OhForAnotherShez
Only thing I missed Chapman doing was taking a penalty with his head! Both great lads. Brighty is such a Palace fan, but doesn't he like winding the pigs up!!
