Earlsfieldowl
I can still see Bright missing that chance to put us 2-1 up in Cup final replay. Yes - that one haunts me too ...think Chapman would have buried it
full fathom five
Chapman for me, very under rated player.
Mike Hunt
I love Brighty he optimises the definition of a true centre forward and behind that nice smile he was a right tough no nonsense player who didn't mind stretching the boundaries to win . Chappy was magnificent at getting on the end of crosses and him and Brian Marwood were a real potent combination , it makes me laugh when people are defending big Dave for missing headers , Chappy and Brighty didn't miss many like the the ones he has missed this season . Oh and Brighty ......Just . Edited March 11, 2015 by hugeowl

Guest Iron Hunter
Liked Chapman but bit of a one trick pony.Bright, though not an Ian Wright, had slightly more talent.
nevthelodgemoorowl
Lee Chapman was a woman beater so it has to be Mark Bright despite his miss at Wembley and His equaliser at Palace when we were chasing Man U.
adelphi1867
Chapman used to dominate defenders, even bully them, so Chapman for me.
CrosbyKitchens
Chapman shouldn't be mentioned on this forum ever again for the way he lied about his reasons for wanting to leave. Absolute tvvathead, can't stand him. please elaborate

Guest Gazzaswfc
Hirst&atkinson were good for one season even though we went down both got double figures & similar styles of play but they hit it off . Also Hirst & Williams were quality Williams was a workhorse & did the running but chipped in with good few goals in a brilliant season
Captain30
Good comparison by the OP but Chapman a clear winner. Played most of his career at the top level and helped Leeds win a main title. Just a very reliable performer with a solid goalscoring record.
