The Night-Owl Posted February 2, 2015 Share Posted February 2, 2015 Sadly, and most disappointingly the writing is on the wall for Gray if he's not going to be backed before the window shuts with the quality we need outwide, in midfield and upfront. Unless Gray is backed then it's a clear indication he's got just until the end of the season to show what he can do. Then our real business begins in the summer? The job he's done so far on a shoestring, getting us within touching distance of the play-off's with inexperienced bottom 3 or lower league attacking options, proves he needs to be backed.
