BURNLEY 2-7 WEDNESDAY, DIVISION 1, 26/4/2003

Such a surreal day. Remember someone chucking a bog roll onto the pitch, Stringer picking it up and then pretending to wipe his arse with it. Lovely stuff.

I remember the headline on teletext.

"Relegated Owls hit Burnely for SEVEN" or something like that.

Makes you wonder how they think the headlines up....

Difficult to tell from the video, but who were the scorers.

I picked out Wood, Haslam?

I was thinking exactly the same - I was there that day and i can pick out McLaren and Quinn.... One of them might have been Haslam. Shocking side

David Graham in the division 3 top scorer charts for Torquay.

Remember signing him and thinking we're on a winner here, what a player we have on our hands.

I redmebse this game. I even bought a panoramic photo that went on sale of the away end. Immense support given the situation.

Looking back with hindsight I think we did well to only get relegated with 1 game left, what a terrible team.
