Guest bartos
OK there are now grounds for replacing him, lost far too many games. There is only one man who I believe would come and who also fits the bill in terms of character & personality.. Step forward Mr Warnock
Tudders
So soon after publicly backing him?so soon after coming in? or was that all for his public relations?if it was surely losing 5-1 away to Exeter gives him a perfect excuse to sack him.More so than a 1-0 defeat. I personally think Milan wont sack Irvine yet. What do you reckon?

DeeeeeJ
Irvine is a poor manager, clueless who's decisions regularly confused 15,000+ people. A crappy defensive approach that obviously doesn't work. Get rid, before it's too late.

SiJ
How's it stupid knobhead? I wouldn't say its stupid (cause Warnock is a top manager), just very unrealistic.
Guest scott_andrew_william
Maybe this chant will get him the sack "Milan we love you, but you must sack Irvine Sack sack sack Kill Kill Kill don't wait until later, do it right now" Repeats until he's gone. Jowl
I dont think he will sack him - but he should. He's had the best set of players at S6 for a long time and signed most of his players. Giving him loads of money won't fix his tactics
Animis
Suspect this could be Irvine's Reading moment. TBH if if means getting rid, I would have taken 5-1 rather than a scappy 1-0 defeat. MM can not tolerate this kind of result

Guest bartos
I wouldn't say its stupid (cause Warnock is a top manager), just very unrealistic. Not at all, he's already indicated he'd love to manage a club like us and if recent rumours are to be believed he won't last at QPR anyway. Or has that changed now Ecclestone has arrived? Lincowl
Don't think he will sadly. Spoke of Irvine doing well and on here last week it looked like the fans were backing him too. It has to be a consistent call from the fans if we want a manager sacked who is sitting in a decent (albeit false) position in the table.
eckington owl
I hate Irvine, i really do. But i'm struggling to see how you can all blame for this result. Lets be reyt, its the same team who scored 6 last week. It's the worst case of inconsistency i've ever seen in football! The kick up the arse from the takeover and the buzz around the ground last week no doubt helped the lads, but to conceed 5 the week after by any team in this league never mind Exeter (with the greatest of respect) is wee wee rumbleing poor! So frustrating its untrue. New manager, new CB, new LB needed at the very least. Sort it Milan, these goons are wrecking our promotion hopes!!!!!!!! Beholder
I have never known Wednesday fans more united (excuse the pun) behind the same cause. Cmon Milan. Do the right thing. The time is right for a sacking.
Wednesday-Wonderland
what jowl said. the man has to be sacked, absolute shambles of a season. 4 good performances all season. hartlepool x2, mk dons, brizzle. 8 league games lost before the end of the year. unacceptable. DamnedOwl
MM has publicly backed managers before and then sacked them a week later. It's why we all love him.
