Predictions? is hooper too much of loss?

Recommended Posts

His link up play has been key in the run in... Is he out for the whole potential 3 games??

Really confident after beating Ipswich

But now I've got a feeling it's going to go wrong... I'd have much preferred to be at Hillsborough first to try get it finished.

Or is it just me being nervous?

I'll be devastated is if we don't go up :/ especially If Udders beat us 3 or 4 nil and we go to Hillsborough with the game over

But on the other hand we get a draw there... Then I'll be Mega confident of us finishing it at Hillsborough

Potentially back for the final when we get there.

A loss, yes. Too much of a loss, no. This is exactly why we have strength in depth. Hooper out, in comes Rhodes, Forestieri, Winnall or Fletcher.

Don't mistake excitement for nerves. We're on our way.

Sorry about this, serious question as I know someone on here will know. I've had alot to sort out in last couple of days, have I missed something regarding Hoops or is it just speculation ?

Relax, Huddersfield haven't thrashed anyone all season....their goal difference of -2 says everything

A big loss - especially with FF's ongoing knee complaint. Hooper made a difference on his return. His partnership with Fletcher was working well. An opportunity for Winnall, I guess.

If we still had Lee out then Hooper would be a massive loss, maybe too much of a loss if Huddersfield play like they can. Kieran lee is back however and playing like he has never been away. He can link the play between midfield and attack, meaning Hooper is not much of a loss and Winnall will get on the bench now.

Its our year - Believe!

I was properly gutted about him being injured because his vision and link-up play is second to none in our side imo.

When you take a look at the squad (and especially attacking) options we have, it should calm you down a bit. Fletcher/Rhodes, Rhodes/Winnall, Fletcher/Winnall are awesome options. Add Kieran Lee and/or FF in behind them and we're still on to a blinder.

Well, we've beaten them twice already without Hooper in the squad. We didn't have Rhodes on either of those occasions, and for the last game Lee was injured. I also think we're better at this moment than we were when we beat them, in terms of individual performances and momentum.

Whilst he is a loss to the team, we have more than enough to beat them. It's who turns up on the occasion though.

Hooper is quality there is no doubt but hes always been injury prone throughout his career so this is always a risk. Luckily for us Fletcher's performances have gone up about 5000 notches recently and im still convinced Winnall & Rhodes can be big players for us in the play offs. Also a shame ff is running at 50% but look at the positives, Westwood has been virtually injury free this season, Lees is back to his best and Lee returning is vital.  We still have enough and it wouldnt be wednesday if we didnt have a few set backs along the way
