Replace with who though? And what will you say when we play exactly the same because none of the other team members move into space to received the ball making the likes of Bannan more effective? One or two good games and people get carried away which means they don't see the long run of games where he is frankly poor. In fact Loovens showed him up today by driving the ball forward and playing dangerous balls. For me when Jones came off Carlos made the wrong substitution. At least Jones was getting stuck in and breaking up the play. He was giving as good as he got, if not better. Bannan was poor before Jones was taken off and poor when he changed position.
