The German Tony Pulis? Eh...

Wagner is just bitter.

Röhl’s subs won us the point, Wagner’s subs lost his side two points.

If you read their fans reactions, it doesn’t seem like the first time that Wagner has mismanaged what should have been a comfortable with for them in the 2nd half.

They seemed to settle for a draw too until about the last 2 minutes when they realised they could still get at us

Wagner is a joke, would never want him managing us

How poo must Norwich be - we hadn't scored a goal with a header/shot directly from a corner for a year, haven't scored indirectly from one since the opening day of the season, then they let us do it twice in 8 minutes!

Nothing Wagner said is untrue, he's just trying to deflect the attention away from his team because they couldn't cope with Pulis ball.

Röhl's subs and change in style earned us a point; it takes balls to change your philosophy to suit the team, especially during a game when you are 2-0 down. A lot of managers are too stubborn to do this.

I'm happy to see us become more rigid and direct to grind out points, I know it's not the way Röhl wants to play but he knows it might be our best chance of survival.

Put the ball into the opposition penalty area often enough, you will score goals.

Tony Pulis idea? well maybe, but they were the words of Howard Wilkinson one of our more succesful managers. An old fashioned approach but at least Danny had the courage to ditch his principles and try something different.

Perhaps it was a bit of sour grapes by Wagner because he should look at his own team’s performance. They should have been out of sight at half time and thought they could coast through the second half. Röhl completely changed tactics. Wagner didn’t expect it or react to it.

Well done Danny and his players. Only one point but it might be the difference at season end.

Basically went full on Peterborough style against them that 2nd half. It works but there's no way we can sustain that level of pressure game after game.

Just shows through what the players can do when they get like it.

Still not convinced with perderson at LB. Seems constantly out of position in previous games.

Another up tempo game on Saturday will do for starters. Blackburn away with 7k behind the team will keep it going. Then with a tough game against West Brom but at home, who knows. Don’t want to be needing a win at Sunderland last day.

I think you’re right about sustaining the blood and guts style. There is a place for it and we have got players who can play it. That said as much criticism the playing out from the back gets and the doubts about the abilities of certain players in our squad to do this, we have picked up 40 points under Röhl. Would we have picked up as many without the change in philosophy, I very much doubt it?

As much as people say the passing out from the back doesn't suit our players as soon as we switched to direct battle mode smith, ihekwe, vaulks and Paterson looked perfectly suited and loved it.

Always got to have a plan B.

The plan B should be the plan A.. The players don't look comfortable playing how they are being made to play, especially at home under pressure, the ball is like a hot potato.. Getting the ball forward, direct mode into positions to test the keeper is where they are most happy, surely DR can see this but these continental managers seem to be pig headed with the term 'way the game must be played' ethic.

Think is horses for courses personally, when we have Poveda / Ugbo / Bernard in we can pass it around and create space quite well, when you lose those players you can't expect like kes of smith, diaby and Paterson to do same.

Hopefully we stay up and squad recruited with depth that suits Rohls plan A, for now we have a squad which needs approach to suit.
