The call was from a withheld/private number. Caller was very polite and friendly, and was able to confirm my seat number to me, before I gave my bank details. Call lasted 2-3 minutes, maximum.

Tbf I think the club is calling people up but they must be a set amount of calls per day allowed ...I'm sure everyone will get their cash.

Still doesn't make it any better though how the club are letting people wait nearly a year for a refund.

THE CLUB HAVE SAID THAT PAYMENTS FOR THE 2020-21 SEASON WILL BE CARRIED-FORWARDS AND USED TOWARDS 2021-22 SEASON TICKETS.

 

Is that clear enough for you?

You said "Did she say when this seasons will be refunded?". I was answering that question, for the Nth time in this thread. You're welcome.

 

And no; they won't be carrying mine forwards, either. But that doesn't change what the club have said.

All he is doing is drip feeding a few refunds so people can't say he is paying people back

No intention of paying out the lions share he still owes, me included.

Its now 282 days since the day you could apply for the refund

 

28 refunds a day would have cleared everybody

Just about everybody in the thread that's said they've had a refund has said the call is from a withheld number
