  11. Just because a company says something - or even has it in their T&Cs - doesn't make it legal or enforceable. (This particular "clause" would, IMO, be ruled to be an "Unfair Term" under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.)

  15. How many times??? THE CLUB HAVE SAID THAT PAYMENTS FOR THE 2020-21 SEASON WILL BE CARRIED-FORWARDS AND USED TOWARDS 2021-22 SEASON TICKETS. Is that clear enough for you?
  16. Received by call today. Coincidentally! I wonder if the refund lady reads Owlstalk?! The call was from a withheld/private number. Caller was very polite and friendly, and was able to confirm my seat number to me, before I gave my bank details. Call lasted 2-3 minutes, maximum.
  17. Got my confirmation email on the night of 29/06/20. Still not heard anything.
