Competitive football starts next week .. we've been linked with absolutely nobody. So unless you know of 6 or 7 signings we're about to complete I'm struggling to share your optimism.

What a banal comment. You disappointed because you want rumours, I must say I much prefer a signing to get my interest. Still no accounting for what gets some people goinglol

Didn’t learn anything more to what we already knew.

We’re just as inadequate at Wing-Back as we are at Full-Back.

Not sure any of our centre-backs are comfortable playing in a back three.

Pelupessy and Van Aken are sh!t.

I think we’ve got some decent options in midfield. Hunt and Dele-Bisharu have got a bit about them.

We’ve got no real striker options. Rhodes will never flourish in this set-up. We need a big physical target man for this formation to work.

Reach is finished here I think? Just doesn’t fit anywhere in the side

Shame Hagan didn’t get take his chance but he looked like with a bit more belief that he belongs in the first team then we might have a player there?

Odubajo could do a decent job for us this season*

*subject to a penalty box ban.

He should be one of the best wing backs in the league imo. Lost all confidence? Definitely a penalty waiting to happen.

Just seen they had Dewsbury Hall in their team.

No wonder we couldn't get around them.

Rhodes looks very ponderous both in thought and movement. If that’s him looking sharp I’d hate to see him on an off day.

At least he'll not cut himself

Was impressed with our battling and chipping away. Stuck at it for 90 minutes.

Team spirit and organisation looks good. Will be a better side this season. No giving up, working hard, and not letting our heads go down will make a massive difference.

Some of the youngsters look to have potential. Just need to add a bit of quality and finishing prowess in front of goal.

No. 40 looked tidy for us.
