southstand
Is he fully behind Monk or in the Hutch Westwood camp? History shows he supported the 2 of them immediately recalling them after Jos left. Suprised Monk not been allowed to bring in his own back room staff. If he stays needs own people around him
Groundhopping Owl
If Bullen ends up in charge again I suspect the first thing he’d do would be to recall them, just because he needs results. Hutchinson may have played in plenty of defeats, but there’s no way he’ll play worse than Pelupessy did yesterday. Dawson looks in need of taking out of the firing line too. FreshOwl
No idea but it’s a sad indictment of our plight that he’s anywhere near being a first team coach for this team. An estate agent who played in the Scottish and Hong Kong lower leagues. branded a legend because he played in an awful team that got us out of a Mickey Mouse league 15 years ago. But yeah that equaliser in the 2-2 home draw with Torquay, the beer drinking in the Cardiff dressing room, stuff of legends 2

thatladfromchap
Bullen's "legend" status always puzzled me. He was a terrible defender who would often cost us games all by himself. Had one good season. Get shut and bring a proper coach in.

S63 Owl
Good honest guy and would do anything for the club but I do think we’d be better if he moved on too.

As for that being an awful team when we got promoted, Chris Brunt & Glenn Whelan had really good careers and the team that Sturrock brought together had great unity and spirit. The 2004-05 season was as enjoyable as the majority of seasons we have had in the last 20 years. Whether Bullen is a good enough coach or not is a valid question, I agree with those that think we should have someone with more experience as our number 2 but no need to say it was an awful team that got promoted and as captain he played a part in the unity that the team had, goodness knows we could do with a vocal, passionate leader on the pitch now. Blatter
Without any knowledge of what’s been going on at the club our fans start to abuse Hutchinson, Westwood, Monk and now Bullen. All from the convenient anonymity of the keyboard. I’m giving Owlstalk a rest for a week or two. Will revert to just turning up for the games and supporting the team. Anyone remember how to do that? Why would you class him as a legend then? His playing career is such an irrelevant point. It's really simple - list some examples of why Bullen shouldnt be here. Compare that to the list of reasons some players and even the manager shouldnt be here. You'll then see why Bullen is far from the biggest problem. This is how I feel too. Owlstalk and social media is just a platform for negativity. Always much busier on here when we’re on a bad run.
