Bang on - he’ll likely be exactly the same at Reading

Probably be like Leroy lita when he first emerged at Reading first season just like he was for us when he first signed. ...

Then back to the joao we know and get frustrated by the season after agim lol

Very talented player but after a bit of time to think about it, it makes sense for 5M upfront and the extra add ons. Especially if it gives us some room to sign a couple of midfielders/loanees before the deadline. Some Reading fans are claiming it's 800k upfront then rest in instalments, it that's true what an utterly ridiculous deal.

Chansiri has shown he is no mug. fizz reading fans

You can't talk about potential anymore, he's 25 years old.

If he hasn't gained the right mindset, attitude and consistency by now he almost certainly never will bud.

When he signed he had the world at his feet and everything in his locker as a player. He's just simply not lived upto that promise, 8/9 games where he's on it over a 46 game championship season just isn't good enough.

Funniest thing about that tweet, as though we would include the likelihood of them getting promoted in the deal....

lol

We get an extra £300k if he scores a perfect hat-trick against us, extra £200k if he gets three yellows in one game, extra £175 if he buys a meal deal but gets crisps instead of chocolate, etc etc

  • Thanks 1

You seem oblivious to our financial plight, the likely demand for those players and perhaps even the wishes of the individuals concerned. And quite how you can justify Rhodes as one of our best 3 forwards is beyond me. If you include Matias as well (not even really a striker) he is bottom of the respective lists for frequency of goals scored and assists. We are not in a strong position when it comes to such wishful thinking.

Don’t talk to me like I’m stupid.
