Tbf, this great run of form started under Bullen. Just shows what a horrific job Jos was actually doing. The turnaround has been nothing short of incredible tbh. Assistants will often have their own views on how they'd like to play, but they're limited in what they can do. You can't be seen to undermine the manager, regardless of how good/bad they are.
