We don't know the conditions of course, but were they acceptable then that's an offer which in my opinion fans should take. It's the only ray of light in our darkness. It would give the fans more control over decision-making, which hopefully will prevent messes like this occurring in the future. If there's a mass demand for refunds, surely the penny will drop. Chansiri may also be looking for a pretext to sack Carlos. He would then be able to say to Carlos that he doesn't want to sack him, but he has no choice because of financial reasons.
