When I open another window to play audio a pop up screen asks me to choose my subscription then tells me I've already paid for it. Sometimes I get just the listen now option other times both, sometimes additional pop up screen. Totally spasmodic and seemingly random. I had audio only, then the watch now option appeared, tried it but only got a blank screen. Switched browsers to see if that helped and it didn't. Now the watch option has gone again. Farce doesn't begin to cover it. After months of trying to get help with IP address issues and finally sorting it no thanks to iFollow support, the service is still not fit for purpose.
