He doesn't offer enough of an alternative option to Fletcher and Hooper. We need different ways of winning if plan A doesn't work in a game. I want a new manager to work with this talented bunch and see where they can take us. No disrespecting carlos. No insults. No bad feeling. Just genuinely feel we need to move on. This squad is strong and it will be weaker if we lose FF and Rhodes just because Carlos can't understand how to play them. Give someone a decent go at it this season.
