what unprofessional reason could he possibly leave him out for?

What we DO know is that he regularly featured in the premier league last season, Watford fans had nothing but praise for the guy and now the likes of Semedo and Nuhiu are more likely to get a game than him.

Nobody suddenly loses their talent. CC has got to answer for this.

you cross carlos at your peril ....

Funnily enough I was getting this exact feeling. McGugan, Abdi, Lachman,  Urby, all had something to say about how much they're on or where they want to play or don't like playing. You can count the number of starts (some in 2 seasons) on a Fisher Price abacus.

What if he has been a complete d ick in training and rather than bag a professional CC is keeping that fact in house

Its not last season

Names on shirts don't win football matches, effort and commitment gives you a chance. Maybe Abdi would be better placed to answer the questions.

As for Carlos he looks for the best solution to problems, he evaluates every player through the week, no one can argue with his track record.

Spot on

If he has had a big fall out with Abdi then playing him would make no sense look at the difference between Hazard under Mourinho last season and Hazard under Conte this

I'd say that's highly unlikely, given that he tweets before every game wishing the team luck, despite repeatedly being overlooked.

Aye cos he'd be the first player ever to use social media to look like the good guy

It may not be the case i'm only saying that we don't know but some are certain its all down to CC

It may be as simple as CC didn't buy him and doesn't rate him so he lives or dies by his decision

Bad example - that was all part of Mourinho and his shocking man management. Are you suggesting we sack CC to get the best out of the missing players?

With the money we have spent we should not have Semedo on the bench. Saw him at Burton and Cambridge this season and he was poor.

All this about Abdi not performing in training is utter tripe. The guy has been a professional football for years , without a blemish , and people suggesting he has turned into Bothroyd

Lets also be clear. When a club pays 4mill for a player it is the coaches job to get the best out of that player. It is not acceptable for Carlos to keep discarding these players , wasting money, while at the same time the club is charging  sky high prices.
