Last night,  know nowt Staton effectively saying Howson's reporting in The Star is crap, or he's PR tool for the club.

Then he got embarrased by a caller with examples of players in Championship signed by rivals, said down to buy out clauses. How's he know the Derby 2 don't have these?

This from a muppet who has backed every local manager under pressure, only for them to be sacked  a few days later. Even Brian's better than that.

The guys a tool and a bit thick so he should stick to NFL where he gets 10 mins between each play to think about things, while daft adverts are on telly.

Always get the impression from Staton that he's uncomfortable with Wednesday spending big money TBH?

What was Dave on about that don't need any defenders and we need another winger?

We need another Centre Back and Carlos Carvalhal has said he wants another Left Back.

Think we got enough Wingers right now also.

Also wish Sam would Just listen and stop saying 'yeah' after every sentence the Presenter says.

Thats such a bastardisation of what Rob and Johnny actually said and as for being embarrassed by the examples given ..........no way were they embarrassed what they said was exactly right

The players that the caller was using as examples were players the clubs wanted to sell or players that wanted out , Dunk was the prime example anyone that believes Brighton would ever contemplate selling Dunk to Wednesday without it being an exorbitant fee is truly a muppet

Hendrick, Forestieri and Dunk are players that neither Derby, Brighton nor Wednesday want to sell and certainly not to a promotion rival

And a buyout clause fixes the fee and allows the player to be aware of another clubs interest it doesn't fix the sale, Suarez had a buy out clause at Liverpool which Arsenal triggered but the move was still stymied

Are you his agent?

Staton's a complete prat and has no idea what buy out clauses are of the Derby 2, which are real key to signing players from rivals as we all know.

Think Diame, bet Hull didn't want him to leave.

Further, as usual, he's already backing a dodgy manager in Wilder, then gets red-faced when Brian turns out to be correct  and said manager is dumped.

Plus, yesterday, he was also taking the wee wee out of the first caller whose vocabulary wasn't that strong. Really great for a talk show aimed at fans.

If he was any good, he'd go freelance like his ex -boss Walker, instead of working for cosy public sector and poking fun at callers' use of language.

And, like most Millers, he hates Wednesday with a passion, especially our recent success.

No OWL would insult Wednesday fans like he did yesterday.

But let's hope Staton's right about FF not leaving or going to a rival Championship club. But it ain't looking like it.

Prat.
