To compete in this league this coming season we have to make some big signings and spend some decent money end of.

Derby have signed yet another very decent player in Andreas Weimann while we are still naval gazing and mulling over very average coaches.

We need a mix of a few cherry picked potentials from our league and lower leagues with at least 3 or 4 big(gish) names or we will fare no better than the fringes of the play-offs at best.

This league gets tougher every year and if we are to make the Premiership by 2017 we need a decent budget this year and next, at least £10-15m

Rhodes and Wickham ain't gonna happen. I also don't want to see us spending silly money like £6mil+ for them, as good as they are, spending money like that is a big risk for us.

Marshall is a possibility if Blackburn are needing the money like people say.

McGugan is a must in my opinion.

Rest will be cheaper players, but hopefully decent cheaper ones with potential.

Ginger Quinn, ( I know god help me , but ability and attitude, quality delivery and top end championship / Prem experience)

Gareth McLeary , pace power, tore us a new one down at the Mad stad.

Sean Morrison right age, pace, strong.

Fraser Campbell , quality, experience at higher level good age something to prove, would cost a lot less than many well rumoured options.

Jonas Gutierrez , pure quality , no fee, make captain.

that would make me happy, oh and throw in Pritchard, or Jotta, job done
