Stronger, more composed, and they clearly wanted it more. Some of our players were intimidated by the atmosphere. But, it's the end of the season, and generally we have done well. I hope they noticed on the laughable lap of honour that the only one who was given a good reception was Westwood, because he was the only one who made an effort today. Never won a header up front, but persisted with punting it...very disjointed...misplaced passes....frantic closing their keeper down, then ambling back....pointless waste oi energy, can't think of anyone i'd give over 5 to........... Lees 6 Solid, a great last ditch challenge in the first half. Buxton 6 Did well out of position on the left. Helan 4 What has happened to this guy? Isgrove 5 Largely anonymous Lee 5 Too deep didn't affect the game really. Semedo 6 Defends well but that isn't enough at this level for a starting midfielder. Maguire 5 Poor passing, greedy. Some chasing back and tackling, cool penalty. Lavery 6 Our best player but hardly had a look in today. Maghoma 2 League 1 player and showed it today. May 3 I don't think he's good enough for this level. Keane 4 Didn't look interested today. Bus 4 Hardly had time to make an impact. Overall, very very poor performance. We were second to the ball, we wimped out of challenges, Gray got the tactics wrong from the off. I can't remember a shot on target. The only two positives were I'll not have to watch Maghoma again and our poor home season is finally over. This game highlighted the need for McGugan or someone like him. I love Semedo but better midfielders can do more than one job. Lee was played too deep. We have no clue attacking, we have no clue from throw-ins, we have no urgency. We are too lightweight up front. Probably the worst performance of the season against an extremely poor leeds side. Guest Posted April 25, 2015 Share Posted April 25, 2015 Helan and Maghoma are both hardly worth a rating , two extremely poor players Buxton didn't have a good game but thats not his position , we should've given Haviland a chance Vermijl doesn't look that bad, the whole back four is a bit shaky to be honest Lavery should play centrally not wide, but with the lack of creativity in the middle we needed the ball to stick upfront and i'd had probably played Nuhiu Maguire ?
