DuncOwl
It's what you get when you have a coach managing things. He spends all day in the training ground palling it up, making sure everyone is happy. He needs someone in to sort this kind of stuff and to teach him about tactics. Until that happens, expect cruddy signings, if any at all, and maybe 1 lucky win between now and the new year.

Guest
C'mon Milan/Paul/Stuart squad is down to the bare bones and were in desperate need of a boost , we HAVE to do something before Rotherham they must have known loans would be required in the summer when we didn't strengthen anywhere near enough Obviously the Mammadov buisness has screwed us all over and we've had some dog rough luck with injuries but we have to move forward , somehow Josh King Emmanuel Ledesma Two that i would go after , both better than anything we have and not in the squads of blackburn or boro although ledesma has been injured
Parsons Cross Owl
Gray will say in his pre match interview tomorrow, he is hoping to bring someone in, its all but done. Then we won`t hear owt until next week. This cycle will continue until the deadline appraoches, and we are forced to take a kid or two from the Premier league U21s,with gray saying he has `monitored` them for a while. #goingnowhere
Guest wilyfox
Maybe instead of holding out for particular players he fancies, Gray should simply ask who clubs do have available and pick the best and most suitable of. There are many types of player that could improve us right now. I refuse to believe there aren't any of each sort available.

I wonder if these funds have been available to the manager since the summer? If so, then we've potentially missed out on many players while waiting for his original targets. Guest wilyfox
There's no way we can still be talking about Gray's original targets. We've heard from him on numerous occasions saying we've missed out on this player and that player for various reasons. We're way past first and second choices, so he should open his mind to other possibilities. Primary target or not, you never know what impact they'll have until you get them in anyway. Someone he's not considered might surprise him..

Very little available it seems and i suspect that's where Gray is focussing his search All this talk of Vaz Te , Gayle , Zarate ain't ever going to happen , teams in this division have players not getting in there 11's that would walk into ours
