EcclesallOwl
http://www.swfc.co.u...2485080,00.html Possible return for Clinton to say we only have 2 fit strikers and Madine's 1 yellow card away from a suspension? best77
Hopefully this means Lowe is fit enough for the weekend. Thanks David for getting our recent run started.
frastheowl
Strange decision. Unless of course, McGoldrick himself wanted to go back to Forest and prove himself now Cotterill has come in.
Mike Hunt
Shows how far we have come under Megson when we can let players like this go back and not be too fussed about it .
gurujuan
Maybe we have someone else lined up Most teams operate with at least four strikers and given that two of ours are hardly match fit, we do need to bring someone in.

Random Task
Wasn't that impressed to be honest but we do need to remember that he scored the first goal of our good run. Good luck to David, but I'd be surprised if he wasn't back in this league next season.
EcclesallOwl
Morrison's loan is up at the weekend, anyone think he'll be coming back? Or do you reckon we'll have someone else lined up?
Beholder
Morrison's loan is up at the weekend, anyone think he'll be coming back? Or do you reckon we'll have someone else lined up? No and no Morrison will stay at MK and we will make do with 3 strikers. In my opinion.
gurujuan
Surely if four strikers is the accepted norm, and the coach has gone on record saying we need at least four, then we wouldn't take the risk with three? Factor in that two of those will hardly be match fit and the other is one booking away from a ban. It would be foolhardy to take that risk, especially as we don't need to

I'd make a bet that I am right though. (oh yeah i nearly forgot- we have got 4- what about Ucheche?)
Skyline
I don't think we will see Morisson back here. Lowe will be on the bench for the next game.
i used to be sc_owl
Between Madine, Lowe, COG, JJ and Marshall I think we have enough of an attacking threat. Also bear in mind we have Prutton and Palmer who can fill in out wide if need be.
Lawrie Madden
More than likely the Cotterill would have wanted him back anyhow to run the rule over him

I think Megson has said pleanty of times he wants 4 strikers. Especially with how unlucky Lowe has been with injuries so far. If 1 of them is out, we're back to 2 strikers and having to make do. Not sure if we will bring someone in or Megson will take Morrison back. I can't see him making do with Uchechi either. Not good enough from what i've seen. camffiti
Only MASSIVE clubs can maintain, rotate and manage 4 first team strikers in a squad.....
gurujuan
Yeah I would think he was probably recalled by Forest.
Lincowl
Uchechi scored a double in the last behind closed doors friendly. He might have something to offer yet. Don't think Gary wants Clinton around the club so will undoubtedly push for deals to keep him away.
Innes
Cheers for your help David. Looked a bit rusty but that opening goal against Yeovil was arguably the catalyst for this great run. You had a lot of nice things to say about us and so best of luck back at Forest. Would probably rather him than Morrison, as I reckon a sharper Mcgoldrick with game time under his belt would be a very good league 1 player. Thanks once again and all the best
