Serious question - what makes you think Chansiri will change?

Also - all the things he's promising - he could have done THIS season and we could have stopped up

He could have not sold the stadium, paid the players, not hired and fired managers and bought a striker in January

Why are you convinced that there's going to be a bright new future under his new ways?

Simply because he now has to.

His investment will be completely worthless if he doesn't.

It hasn't worked but there's plenty of work ahead.

We're not the first club to drop into the 3rd tier and if he wants us out of it, he needs to take his head out of his arse, show some humility, and steer the ship in a completely different direction.

I believe he will.

What’s this “we” crap. The fans had nothing to do with relegation.

If anything, this season shows that the club is absolutely nothing without us, it can’t function correctly without us, we keep everyone honest.

We are the club, we are it’s biggest asset. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it Chansiri you useless chuff.

I hear you BUT...

He had to last summer so his investment wouldn't end up worthless

His investment is worthless because we got relegated because he didn't/wouldn't change

We'll "we" revelled in it when Chansiri was throwing money at it.

Stands to reason that as fans of the club, "we" have to take the rough with the smooth.

Oui?

Therefore, to make it worth something again, he has to change his ways, right?

Oui?

It stands to reason that the man in charge shouldn't have to resort to selling one of the most historic stadiums in the country to fund a quest that ends in relegation. That is abject failure.

It is Dejphon Chansiri's job to run a successful football club. Relegation and taking out a mortgage on your home is the antithesis of success.

"We" would not have revelled in any "success" (if you call a day trip out to London a success, which... have a word with yourself if you think that's success, don't be soft in the head) had we known failure to go up on two dice rolls would result in us being relegated and losing Hillsborough. As fans, that's not our job to know that, that's the owner's.

Abject failure.

Yes

Like the last 5 years
He didn't change

He's had 5 years to change, adapt, improve, embrace, develop, succeed

What's your alternative?

Bear in mind the next guy will take over a club financially hamstrung, with a squad full of shitters who couldn't score on a dartboard with a javelin, that has the EFL keeping a beady eyes on things at all times...

All this is before you consider that to even get to this stage, they need to offer DC  prove he seems worthy of accepting.

Come out of the fantasy, we're stuck with DC for now.

Everyone he's brought in supposedly to help him (Roeder, Person, Meire and so on and so on) have all gone straight back out the door sharpish, because it's Chansiri's way or no way.

And people are still of the opinion that he will change, that he will learn.

He lets his teenage kid help out running the club ffs when he should be doing his homework.

We've got no chance while he's here. Absolutely no chance, yet people think it will come good in the end.

It won't ever "be reyt" if he's here.

Most of the squad have now ended their contracts
If someone buys the club it could be totally debt free

Can I just remind everyone that we are ALL Wednesday fans here and that people have and ARE ENTITLED to having their own opinions

There should be no falling out or namecalling just because you disagree with someone

Just grab a coffee, smile, chill out and debate your points without having a pop at people

Course it is. Atti took over the club just after he landed a Lancaster bomber on the moon. I read that in a newspaper too. Must be true

Source please.

What you mean like Chansiri has shown towards his own fanbase?

Why is Chansiri’s behaviour relevant to my post ?

Weird

I never mentioned Chansiri. It was about us having a bit of mutual respect for each other.
