hmmm, I suspect selling £90m of players in 3 seasons has probably done more than anything else

Exactly better run.

Not stock piling older players and refusing to sell players because 'We are all one big family'

Well so far this season they've spent £31m and only just ahead of us. So are they better run?

As far as I am aware they have not had any transfer embargos or under investigation for cooking the books and dont have a possible points deduction hovering over them.

Have a sustainable financial model.

Have a better recruitment policy then us.

Have more sensible ticket prices.

But apart from that we are about the same.

They've spent £47m in 3 seasons and finished 12th, 9th and are currently 7th. They've done well to find some gems, but they haven't invested particularly well. Imagine what our fans would be saying if Chansiri had spunked nearly £50m on transfer fees and not even had a play-off place to show for it...

They may have spent £50 million but what is their net spend?

Mate at work is a Brentford season ticket holder. Gets a bit embarrassing sometimes swapping stories about how we are both run. Worlds apart.
