Needs to play in the number 10 role behind Fletcher. I don't think him and Fletch get on, but they need to get over it and crack on. I think Fessi would have worked better than Nuhiu from the start on Saturday, even though Nuhiu had a good game. Time for Fessi to start for me and then bring on Nuhiu when we need to change a game. Hutch, Bannan, Fessi in 10 role with Harris, Murphy or Reach combos out wide i think would work. Give it a go.

Whatever, but monk needs to find a slot for him or he should go, too good of a player to be sat on the bench, too big of an ego too, give him the chance to produce or get rid.

Everybody is entitled to their own opinion but watch his reaction and tell me he is happy... I hope it is frustration because of not getting into the team / playing out of position...

Negging me for saying what you can see if you watch the highlights is ridiculous...

I spotted it too and posted a mention of it in my Player Ratings post.

His reaction to our “dramatic late winner” (sadly not a winner) was really odd.

As others have said, I hope its anger at being left out.

I think we need to get him on the pitch and get him scoring.

Personally i liked the way we set up on saturday with the traditional 4-4-2 with two out and out wingers. I dont see Fessi fitting into that formation.

Fits in great as LW.

And would fit in even greater as wide forward in a 433.

What I don’t get is this No 10 stuff. We are hopeless when he plays central.

Never noticed, I was too busy celebrating like mad.  Can't believe people don't celebrate a goal and wait to see if there's something they can try and sow division about.  Strange...

Damn straight, I went crazy for both of our goals.

I have no clue how the players celebrated.

He’s vastly overrated, occasionally great but has offered nothing for three seasons.  Should have sold when we had the chance.

Has one stop start season and fans peddle poo .

Was brillant first two seasons.

five goals in 10 next season after long lay off.

but yeah nothing in 3 seasons

and occasionally great but offered nothing is a contradiction

lol

Watch him before the corner is taken.

He can barely stand up. He put so much energy into his performance and he was out on his feet.

Yet, he gets a thread like this...

Yeah I didnt see any other player throw themselves at a cross like he did.

Something we have not done all season.

...and that’s the danger of only watching highlights.

No contradiction at all, when he can be arsed he can put in some great performances, but does nowt the majority of the time.

Hopefully like many others we see the last of him come the summer, with a bit of luck we may be able to start the rebuild in January.

Guest Ferkorf

I enjoyed watching him saturday. It was like the Forestieri of a few year ago.

Tracking back and nicking the ball off their midfielders, some lovely one two's and a goal to boot.

He is a quality player its undeniable.

I just hope he can keep it up.
