Can he please get us some positives from his approach then, like wins

You'll need to look a bit deeper than wins for the positives... put it this way..we aren't having takeaways and wine because we're saving enough money to repair the roof. Then we'll sit in a dry house enjoying our wine and takeaways.

I can't help but think Luhukay is taking the long-term view on this one.

I mean, we could attempt the futile task of getting Hutchinson fully fit for a few games before he knackers himself again, or we could try to unearth Boyd's seemingly long-lost form, but what would be the point? Neither of them are likely to be here next season, so although we might finish in a slightly higher mid-table position this year, it would stifle the development of the younger players who it seems we're going to have to rely on going forward. At least this way, Luhukay should have sussed out who's worth building next season's team around.

It's a brave decision, and one which could pay dividends if he's allowed to see the project through to completion. Whether or not he's afforded that luxury is another matter, of course.

Spot on. Brave and 100% necessary. In the grand scheme of things I’d consider it to have been successful if we finish anywhere outside of trouble.

The club shouldn’t have to broadcast or spell out its planning, sometimes we need to do our own analysis. That said, people have had their confidence smashed by the way some aspects of club business have been carried out.

JL to be given a fair crack and time to address other people’s mess IMO.

Buy a bowler hat.

Lean against a wall and stick your thumb in your mouth and blow.

Simultaneously lean further back to make your hat go up and down as you blow or not.

Quite an easy thing to do

Not too Hardy really never rest on ones Laurels eh ?

that makes no sense ….how can the young players develop if they cant get into the team because it's full of aging players …..penney, dawson , thorniley baker when they play have lees, bannan, reach, fletch ,nuhiu, pudil, hector ,fox ,FF,palmer  all with a lot of experience  along side them ….if you also play jones ,boyd, abdi, westwood, etc etc they wouldn't get a game .

It's about getting the balance between the two. That a young player will of course get benefit from playing games but he will get a lot more benefit from playing games with experienced players alongside to learn from and guide them.

You know like apprenticeships tend to work

You wouldn't get trainees to learn from other trainees would you

but it is balanced …….we play 2 or 3 youngsters just about every game alongside  experienced players ….that wouldn't be the case if we also included those that jos as deemed dispensable

I like Jos.

Speaks a lot of sense.

Rather than playing or perservering with a patched up team of crocks that cannot hold up to the rigors of 1st team football week in week out, he plays people who are fit.

No conspiracies with any of it, and a big reason why some arent, and won't ever be near the 1st team again.
