Poor buggers. I live in Wadsley and the forecast locally was for a peak of 28 degrees today. Not good for sprinting round in!

Heat is good for sweating off the pounds. If it's too much for them they could go in early before it gets hot.

If I was getting paid £20k per week I'd be happy to train at 6 in the morning.

Same as I said last season.

I want to see Palmer spewing up his flabby belly. I want to see Hooper nearly fainting. I want to see them being ran into the ground in preparation.

From last season Reach was probably our only consistently fit player.

Hooper wont be able to train....hes probably injured.

Looks like FF is still in London.

Can't wait for the rumors to start when he's not photographed with the rest of the players down at Middlewood today.

Was here over the weekend apparently...

Aye, they wouldn't complain about flying off to some foreign location and training in such conditions.

The World Cup is being played in 30 - 35C conditions at some places, is it not?

Doesn't make it pleasant though does it?

Saying that. I'll probably be playing up at Chaucer school tonight. Must be mad.

Bannan looks to have had a hair transplant over the summer.  Perhaps that's why he's acting like such a diva.

I have a chestnut horse and he had mysterious bald patch on rump. I will have to check out Bb head closely to see if he was guilty party.

Good that they are back in training as that means 1 step closer to proper football returning. Plus i get the feeling Jos will not have a laid back fitness regime for them, This season is Jos's chance to make an impact in English football with his team so i think they will be prepared. Whether that means success remains to be seen.

It's a hard life for footballers you know, having to run about for a couple of hours in this heat.

Where as I've had a nice chilled day laying 15m2 of paving and 70m2 of turf!

If only they had an easy life like me eh.
