37 million wasted so far on a squad barely improved in 3 years.

37 million wasted so far on an ageing squad that will cost additional millions for years in wages, and take seasons to rebuild.

37 million wasted so far to produce 5 shots a month, and some of the worst football I've seen at S6 in 40 years.

The whole medical staff sacked at Carlos's request, and injuries worse than ever.

37 million wasted so far and it's everybody's fault except Carlos's.

No hyperbole from me. The worst Manager in our history by a significant margin.

He isn’t the worst, but in relation to what he has had at his disposal he is certainly up there.

Said it before, once this is all over the truth will out and we’ll see the scale of mismanagement on every level.  It will be substantial.

Bringing players back too early and then jeopardising their longer term careers is a cause for dismissal with immediate effect imo.

Surely the final decision on players' fitness rests with the medical team and so maybe they deserved to be replaced if that's true (i.e. coming back too early).

Two years ago we were having probably our best season in the last 20 years?

Not in my opinion.

I refer you back to 37 million wasted.

2 awful play off attempts, and everyone blamed but himself. I genuinely feel for the medical staff he sacked.

A squad no better than when he took over, and now in a lower league position than when he took over.

Taking everything into account, he's been a poor appointment.

You are spot on.

Lee being a prime example of this. Said it last season that he’d come back way too early and it’ll creep up on him next season. Also isn’t FF getting treated elsewhere? Who can blame him if he is. Abdi and Boyd both played regularly in the prem in the seasons before joining us, could just be coincidence that they’ve both become crocks here but something does smell a little fishy... and it’s not the tuna.

In Radio Sheffield interview he said FF wanted to be near specialists he knew (ggod sense) CC then said hopefully he will be back in Janauary and injury which normally takes 8 months back in 4. FF had injury last season and they tried to keep him playing afterwards, finally had to concede was not fit and required operation. Lee was another brought back early now struggling again.

£37m over 3 years is not that much really and the £37m probably includes add-ons that are unlikely to be paid given our current predicament.

Worst in our history? You high or something?

Even recent managers like Chris Turner, Terry Yorath and Alan Irvine conveniently forgotten.

They had amost zero to spend and the club was on its knees.

Not saying they were any good mind you but some perspective needed.

Eustace always sticks in the mind - probably top of the list ...nearly destroyed eveything Wilkinson built - hopeless manager

Yep.

13 clubs in 13 years, I always revert back to this fact and have done ever since he took over.

Hes a fraud who manipulates and leeches off chairmen who aren’t wise to the footballing world

Spot on.

His CV is atrocious, and happy to stand by my views at the time that his appointment was a shocker.

The later revelations about Doyen explain why it happened.

We employ half of Portugal.

Never realised we had that many Portuguese coaches until Carlos was banished to the stands. I counted 5 yesterday, and I have no idea who they are or what value the add.

Our pants are firmly round our ankles, and we are being gently lubed.

Feels like no lube at the moment mate.

Under Stuart Gray we had a first team squad of 18 players and a few loans. His coaching squad signed good free agents in Westwood, Lees, Lee, Hutch, Loovens but when players got injured they got proper treatment and came back ready and we had less than 10% of the squad at any point injured.

They played there football on an awful pitch but still managed to over achieve.

I still wonder where would we be now had the chairman's shown the same loyalty in Stuart Gray he showed in us. I bet we would have a team with work ethic not 11 individuals,  here just to line their pockets.

I’m having treatment with his old man at the minute and he pretty much backs this up. Not got many good words to say about Carlos.

I don’t think it’s down to bad luck that we’ve got 9 players currently on the treatment table either...

I`D question if some players haven't had enough and are saying sod off Carlos, I aint playing . Some of the stories, coming out support things I have been told by a players family.
