I would hope we treat it a bit like the eighties and aim for low mid-table and progress from there. I think most fans know the top six in the PL are in another league. The rest are just battling for survival. The money in football appears to be irreversible, so we just have to get on board the gravy train like everyone else. But, this season we're constantly starting games flat, we have a Wednesday legend as assistant to Carlos, so surely Bullen's job is to get the players up and ready for a game. A result like has has been coming because quite frankly under Carlos it’s pedestrian football and predictable. A side built to go one up and control the game, fall behind and it’s always a struggle. Should never have kept him on and it won’t improve enough to be a real threat in this league until he’s gone. No Wednesday side would lose in that manner under Megson or even Stuart Gray. CC has had the best backing of arguably any manager in our history and we are regressing. Leeds should be his last game.
