Didnt they buy there scoreboard  from Darlington ? lol

Hardly the inventors , more the buyers of second hand cheapos.

Hey; don't dis their scoreboard; that was their big signing of that season and of course it now proudly ranks as one of their numerous 'legends of Bumhole Lane' along with the 1970's Boardroom table and the IKEA trophy display shelf!

lol

Apparently Dem Blavges are now claiming to have invented neon gas and that we're therefore not allowed to switch our sign on again until we issue a statement acknowledging Bumhole Lane as the home of neon!

lol

doesent he play up front with Billy blunt .

I thought Jaguar Estates had already bought it , along with proposed redevelopemen plans , including some of above.

Plenty of scope for including any SWFC related facilities within a West stand redevelopment anyway.

Including mi proposed pool and cabana deck.

I suppose it's possible for DC to make an agreement with Jaguar Estates to develop the area to his specifications. We then lease the facilities from Jaguar.

Slightly off topic but did anything happen with that Sag inspection at Hillsborough the other week? Or will we still be operating with a massively reduced capacity next season?

Last I heard was that we would be operating under a reduced capacity while the stadium is in its current form. This due to H&S on the grounds that IF the ground was at capacity, we can't evacuate within the specified time. So by reducing capacity, we now can. Even though the 96% of the North, all the South and 98% of the Kop are as full with a 39000 crowd as are with a 33600 crowd. The only area that is drastically cut is the West stand.

Do the authorities normally reroute major roads to accommodate football clubs' expansions?

I can't think of an instance. In addition we'd need to compulsory purchase around 150 houses & a dozen businesses.

Not a hope in hell.

Would you actually need to redirect the road im sure we could create an underpass, if it started just after south stand carpark enterance then came back up where the corner shop is then you could have all that area above for shops and a pub plus access to car park wich could filter onto road at back

Defo should look down wicker area, would also be a boost to that area

Wicker would be great

Neepsend road would be a good medium but my favourite would be Castle market (I know what is planned so it's  unrealistic)

Who owns the Wednesdayite car park? Is it, errr Wednesdayite?

Good place for a Wednesdayite bar

Jaguar Estates although there is an unsubstantiated rumour that DC has bought it from them.
