Holmowl
A brief rest from the transfer stuff. Could be exciting week ahead. A defeat for Burnley away to Dons, and a win by rwo goals v Bolton and we move ahead of them. Their away form lousy. Coming to S6 soon too. Brighton have a tough away v Rotherham. And they are in freefall. Wish Ipswich would fall over but showing no signs. The 3 teams immediately below us have horrible matches too. Could and really should be a great week for tablegazing. Half the season to go and I can see us doing nothing but gain momentum, I really fancy us I do it's going to be a exiting second half to the season , hope derby slip , uto A defeat for Burnley away to Dons, and a win by rwo goals v Bolton and we move ahead of them. oh_weds_we_love_you
Think the transfer window has come at the right time for Brighton. Think they'll sign - signed Knockaert already - some decent players and get a lift again for the second half of the season. Reckon they'll beat Rotherham as well. Great chance for us to register another 3 points, but thought that against Charlton and MK Dons. Least we are at home for this "gimme"! DMX
Should really be taking 6 points from the next two league games. 6/7 changes tomorrow and keep the first team fresh.
Handball_!!
Been a great Xmas for us. Although frustratingly we haven't broken into the top 6, what we (and Ipswich) have done is changed the table from that mini league of 7th down to 12th into a mini league of 7th up to 4th by closing in on the likes of Brighton and Burnley. We're right in it now. Excellent stuff.

TheEnchanter
I'm genuinely expecting a loss or draw against Bolton, because it's so nailed on we should win.
Box_Man
i think there's a real chance we could be 4th come the final whistle against Leeds albeit for a cople of hours. Players coming back from injury, a strong transfer window and 6 points in the next two games and we'll take some stopping
sage owl
I know its a cliche that the next game is the biggest one but Tuesday night against Bolton really is massive for us. We need to keep the momentum building and see if it can take us into the play offs.

Holmowl
Leeds are in quite decent form. Another tough game. Had the dubious pleasure of watching Udders nil Leeds 3. They looked a powerful outfit. Good going forward especially. That said, we are not Udders. They were absolutely utterly and completely clueless. They might have looked good going forward in that perticular game you watched, but 26 goals in 25 games suggest their bang average going forward. djorkaeff
4 th or 5th reward is not playing either hull or Derby over two legs. If we complete what I expect us too we ought to be top 6. The bookies say it's is or Ipswich.

We're right in it now. Excellent stuff. If this new 'mini league' exists then you would have to include 8th (Birmingham) as they are on the same points as us. You could go down as far as Brentford in 10th as they are only 5 points off the final play off spot. So, mini league of 7 teams for 3 places but that can all change in a couple of games.
