thailand owl
interesting that the pick & choosers don't mind paying £36 to see us play arsenal when it's on TV! no there's not & that's where I sit so please keep it down 33.00 actually I live in Thailand and am only back for 5 weeks so want to take in a couple of games. Not sure who the other one is going to be yet.

royalowlisback
You can get to loads of games in that time. Don't bother with sight seeing or anything - get yourself to Hillsborough. ^^^^
FlyingOwl
35k v Arsenal - Live on Sky. 18k v Hull City - Live on Sky. Only here to see the Arsenal? Who says it's going to be 18k? Okay. Obviously the Arsenal attendance will be significantly more. But we're no different to other clubs in that aspect. But you've plucked a random figure there with 18k. Hull bringing 1,500 I believe, so far. Kids for a fiver offer sure to boost the crowd. 22k I'm saying.

FlyingOwl
I predicted 18k the other day - will be very surprised if there are over 20k there on Saturday. Kids offers always bring in at least 2k extra than usual. Hull bringing a decent number, with a few days left of sale. Not due to rain that day, always a factor with families. Doing well in the league. It won't be under 20k. And I'm saying 22k.

parkerowl
To be fair to Hull fans, thats considerably more than we'd take there for a sky game dinner kick off.

Their ticket office predict between 2800 to 3000 sales. 23000 to 24000 I predict Saturday.

Can't see it being over 22,000, some people will have spent there money on Arsenal tickets and its on Sky which always affects numbers in league games. Miffed
Hull won't top 20k - that away following is impressive though Really? With the kids for a fiver deal there will easily be 19 thousand home supporters. We have just won the last 4 games too.
ViolaOwls
Somebody's got to pay a adult price tho... When it's free at home. Should have made a incentive with a hull and arsenal ticket to get hull attendance up. I'm there no matter what so was just saying
FlyingOwl
Hull won't top 20k - that away following is impressive though You're just itching for it to not top 20k so you can make another silly thread. Of course it'll top 20k. Hull alone will ensure that, not to mention the extra 1-2k we see when it's an offer game. 4 wins on the bounce, 5 unbeaten. Clear weather on the day will see people deciding to go on the day. If it wasn't on telly it would top 25k. It is on telly though but we'll still get over 20k. Alright, call it ridiculous if you want. I am basing it on the assumption not many non season ticket holders will come as it is on sky, and despite being quite impressed with Hull's numbers I doubt it will reach 20k.
