theowlsman
The fact we might have a few bob to spend is irrelevent. We should just run the club prudently as before. Else we'll beef hooked. We don't want to copy the likes of QPR or even Bournemouth surely? Throwing a few quid at it is not the way to go Sensible, sustainable growth, improving each year by a couple of league positions, is the way to go. You all agree surely? Which is what we'll be doing when we're able to sign the better quality players without spunking money at it. It will allow us to compete for the free transfers like Fyatt and might occasionally allow us to spend more fees on players That's steady progress

All we'll have to moan about is spunking a million on Harry Maguire instead. I think we're all mates again now We'll have to get new definitions for 'clappers' and 'moaners' now we're rich though, eh? Clappers will be the ones that don't want us to spend over £25m for a player and moaners will be the ones that want us to spend over £50m on every player.. :seth:
