Maple Staple
What would happen if MM said to Harry, how about being manager till the end of the season. Would Harry accept?
OxonOwl
It's favourite 'cos all the neggers on here have gone out and backed it. :st2: FFS
Ash_SWFC
Based on the form guide, of course he is. As for Redknapp, he'll never be manager of Sheffield Wednesday. Not a chance. this
Mike Oxlong
The game against Leeds is now a very important one for DJ. A bad loss in that and he could lose the supporters.
lanzaroteowl
Maybe HR doesn,t need to come this far North except on matchdays, if as been speculated on here that Jones doesn,t go to the training either? theowlsman
I'm the 2nd richest Owlstalker in the North West behind The Squire of Preston. Of course I wouldn't miss a tenner. I taught that cheapskate Danny Jones how to light cigars with them. Have a bang on that.

djstatic
DJ should not be given til the Leeds game. He's had enough time to sort this out IMO. I don't believe we are getting better. We have 2 weeks to fix this before we get marooned in the bottom 3. Sack him & bring in Mick McCarthy. DJ, for me, will be the man who got us promoted but destroyed a harmonious, hard working group of players & whatever work ethic & team spirit that Megson built up has been destroyed. People will say give him time but you have to look at this season & say he has been nowhere near good enough tactically, with team selections & his signings have been poor. beloved_aunt
1 point from 24. How could he possibly not be favourite? Hardly news is it?
djstatic
Out of interest, with what bookie is he favourite to get sacked? Surely it has to be Jewell?? Not that Jones will be far behind.
S26UTO
Redknapp is a bit of a 'Cheque book manager'. Seeing as though we have virtually a new team, we need a good coach to work with what we've got.

beloved_aunt
If there was any chance MM could get Redknapp in, Jones would already be out of the door.

FreshOwl
for me he has to go. Why do people think that all of a sudden we are going to start putting teams to the sword playing brilliant football? As sad as it maybe, DJ has completely fooked this up and for the people saying the team needs time to gel, they are with each other every flippingday in training. We need a new approach
