Beholder
I meant we should never have loaned him out, We lose a midfielder for whatever reason and were stuck with putting o Connor in, i don't wanna start on against megson so early but only he would do this. Negative beyond belief.
DamnedOwl
If he was prepared to play Reynolds at Charlton, a game in which he did okay, what's wrong with him for today? Megson's takes training so he'll know more than us whether Reda will be able to cope with left back, but it does seem like a strange selection choice. fife_owl
flip me. When you're stuggling for form, confidence low, what do you? Start playing players out of position? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
eckington owl
Reda is going to get punished for 90 minutes and i truly feel sorry for him.
striker
Both Reynolds and Kasnik can play LB and GM chooses Reda? Has Reda EVER played there? At least the other 2 have. Agree, very baffling. Maybe he favours 3 at the back with wing backs pushing on. Surely Reda is never a LB, struggles enough in his regular position at times. joe
I don't really understand this, Megson negative thing, well at least not at this moment in time. We have just been spanked 5-1 away from home, the last thing anyone with even an ounce of sense would do is go all out attack, he is clearly trying to be solid, something which we simply were not on Tuesday. DJMortimer
So with Bennett dropped and Reynolds less popular than the bacteria living in Megson's toilet, this Kasnik bloke looks like a worthwhile signing doesn't he? The most pointless loan since Warren Feeney's ten minute spell a couple of years ago? Edited September 17, 2011 by DJMortimer
eckington owl
Que 2-0 down after 15 minutes and waste 2 subs who should have started.
Beholder
this is basically a 7-3 formation. 3 defensive midfielders sitting deep and all the attacking threat to come from the front 3. appalling.
peterbottom14
Obviously we can tell that, the left back we got in must be gash if a centre half is put in for today's game and not a player who actually plays there regular
bubblegumowl
I think it may turn out to be a 3-5-

Guest Sheff Owl
I'm really not sure about this - i hope it all works out and we win BUT when you are low on confidence the last thing you want to be doing is start playing players out of position. Russy
I give up. I thought our days of playing people out of position were behind us. But when we have 2 left backs and 2 right mids on the bench why on earth would we play people out of position. He has lost the plot.

jonnyowl
I think they will line up 4-5-1! Mcgoldrick on right, Marshall on left, JOC Prutton and Semedo in the middle with Madine upfront on his own!

Sorry i'm struggling to see how playing Reda Johnson at left back is trying to be solid? Anyone of their players with even a tiny bit of pace is going to fly past him, then he'll probably get frustrated after a bit and end up two footing someone. Salmonbones
Could be Buxton at left back and O'Connor at right back, 5-3-
