Undecided.

I think he just needs a bit more time.

If he gets a few bob to spend in January and then given more time to get things to gel he might just get things sorted in a few months.

Maybe he just needs to not be so cavalier with his tactics...?

I also think that the financial certainty must be playing on the players minds.

He had a few bob to spend in the summer and he either doesn't play them or doesn't play them correctly.

A woeful decision to appoint him.

It was a decent decision according to some.

He is apparently a top manager, it is just all the boardroom stuff that stopped him getting results.

Maybe Mr. Mandaric thumped his desk yesterday...?

What? Most of us haven't been changing our minds.

He's ruined our season and has to GO.

This.

A lot of people on here have been consistantly stating Irvine isn't the man to take us forward, it's just the happy clappers who come out in force when we win a game. We are now on 8 league defeats in a very very poor division, how many will it take for everyone to wake up.

Mr Irvine is trying to achieve promotion with a back four (Jones aside) that took us down. Most managers worth their salt sort out the back four first, mr Irvine brought in 9 players and not one centre half amongst them.

I have not forgiven him for taking us down.

Go.

Project Irvine is failing.

He is clearling trying to pander to his peers with his 'revolutionary' methods and arrogant style.

flip him off.

Yes, but the financial certainty has clearly got to the players.

They've gone from one extreme to the other, and are clearly struggling to cope.

I think we all know that off field matters are the only determining factor in how players/managers perform - bless their little cotton socks.

Alan must be besides himself, what with him being in the best positions a Wednesday manager has had in over ten years.

I just don't know what people expect.

Lets not allow him to waste our next manager's transfer fund. Look at the mess his transfer dealings left Preston in.
