royalowlisback
Sheffield Wednesday - never knowingly playing football matches at 3pm on a Saturday.

Road Runner
South Yorkshire police are just not fit for purpose. Kicking off at 12.15 will just make fans drink at 8am instead, and give them longer drinking time after the game.
The only way is S6
SYP can't cope with the shouting & pointing when both sets of fans get within 30 feet of each other under that flyover bridge!
SiJ
At least it is on a Saturday. Annoying that the KO off time has changed, but it is far more palatable than having to put up with the nonsense of Sky shoving it on mid-day Sunday. In fairness last year we played them at home on a Tuesday (hate Tuesday kick offs) and Saturday mid-day, so this is not all that bad.

No consideration for the fans what so ever. It's not if there is a history of violence with this fixture. The police should see us as customer's not as a problem. None televised matches should be either Saturday 3pm or a Tuesday/Wednesday evening 7:45pm

This....the other week after the bomb went off in Manchester, the One Love concert was arranged for less than a fortnight later at Old Trafford cricket ground with 50k present. Can you imagine SYP agreeing to this at such short notice? In addition, it was Carrick's testamonial at the same time at Old Trafford football ground so probably 70k present, i.e. 120k people at 2 separate events within a mile of each other. Can you imagine how SYP would cope with that? They can't even cope with another event when the snooker is on at the Crucible

g-owls
Apart from the QPR game on August 12th we don't have a home game kicking off at 3pm on a Saturday until November 18th against Bristol City
