Royston a Bad Egg ?

Recommended Posts

This is from an Everton supporting mate of mine (season ticket holder)

"He did some special stuff at Goodison, just a shame Moyes didn't play him enough. Pulls things off that not many dare do. Good to watch but bit of pre-Madonna like"

"Good crosser yeh"

This is the concerning part, from your mate!

Seems he was forced out at Reading after training with the reserves and not allowed to train with the first team.

Dropped from signing for Real for €14,000,000 to us on a 6 month loan (arguably saved the biggest move for later in his career) ;-)

But a quick look on his instagram and he instantly jumps out ad a bit of a wazzock, a bit Nile Ranger'esque .

Slightly worried he may disrupt the Apple cart and be a bad egg the rest of the squad sempt so pleased to be rid of.

Its a gamble but only a loan,it will put him in the shop window if anything else.

The Reading fans says that....

Rumours of him being homosexual

He's a lazy with a junk food habit (KFC and McDonalds sales to fall in the Reading area)

Rumours of him being on drugs

Rumours that he told Adkins his training techniques are rubbish

Adkins reckons he's got a personal matter that's not helping him

He's overpaid and a big time Charlie

He's inconsistent

He's been training with the under 21s and people were worried he might influence them

He was disciplined for going out on benders and posting photos in Instagram

But he has shown glimpses of being a good player

Time will tell

just what are the bad points in royston i want to know.? lol  :tango:  gary megson  :Hirsty: Some of the best we ever had liked a pint :Hirsty:

Some right garbage spoken here about a new player joining us and labelled  a bad apple.

Leadership and attitude comes from the top. If that leader is so arrogant as to bring a side 150 miles north and set up with 4 up top then refuse to implement much needed changes as the situation deteriorates...

Then yeah, a bad attitude may well develop amongst the playing squad. Especially if the stubbornness of the man responsible for the only plan is left licking his wounds after a 6-2 mauling.

Welcome to The Wednesday Royston you are playing for a real manager now !

I'm a poker player, and alot of the pros down South saying he played tons, often through the night, did his balls, and still owes alot of people money. Maybe exagerrated, and not at all meaning that he can't be a good player as well (Reda played alot at Napoleons Sheff.), but at the same time, not great news.

It's not just this player, it seems to be every player we sign, or are rumoured to be signing. Can somebody please explain why without exception, every player we sign is slagged off or ridiculed by people on this forum, before they've even pulled on a Wednesday shirt? We even had some clown claim, when Kelhar was injured pre-season "that' what you get when you take foreign trialists on".

Do fans of other clubs go off like this, or is it just Wednesday fans who wont give players a chance?

typical owlstalk , hammering a player before he's even kicked a ball. its  starting with may, who even to the most stupid of owls fan is obviously a good player.

perhaps we should just sign fans favourites reda , llera, jj and prutton back , we'd be bottom of the league but I think most on here would be happier. good luck Royston

hope come 13th of sept you can stick two fingers up to the idiots.

No ones questioned his ability he looks ridiculously good. But to deny he hasn't had any off field issues is crazy and it would be weird if this thread had ignored them, particularly given the team spirit we have fostered at the moment.

All the best to him, I hope a lot of concerns are totally unfounded and he turns out to be a player with something to prove and who knuckles down. But he has had ongoing motivation problems in the past.
