Sure, it’s not part of the NFL system, but that has nothing to do with their league system. I understand you have no interest in American Football and that’s fine, but at least try and learn a little bit about the basics before displaying such ignorance, but I’m sure you’ll know it’ll go down a treat here, so there’s probably no point in you doing so I've been watching NFL for 30-odd years. I think I can make a determination as to whether it has any merit in the sporting sphere. Thank you

If the Sky 6 ahead of us aren’t in the league, we’ve got a chance of actually winning a league. I’d rather that than battling for 7th if we ever get there, then accepting life as a bottom table Premier League side. Whats the point in that? A league rendered meanigless, as either it will have lost 6 members or have 6 members who treat it as a second rate competition.

Winning a league that does not have the 'Big 6" in it is somewhat meaningless anyway.

Whitechapel Owl
Just seen Danny Murphy talking about this on Match of the Day 2, said he can't believe the likes of Pep and Solskjaer haven't come out and spoken against it. A bit thick isn't he?

Arsenal won't qualify for any serious top level competition cos of that... Oh You already need to look at how ******** poor the europa league or whatever it is these days is. I don't think I've watched one of those games for over 10 years, and now half the poo in that have a divine right to being at the top table Americans trying to americanise a world sport for financial gain. tails

Fair enough, I respect some of our fans want this. Having said that, look at Huddersfield’s time in the Premier League. Would the way they played football and won 3 games in 55 (or whatever it was, it was close to that) have made you happy? I like sport for entertainment, I’m not sure how much I’d love watching us battle for survival in the Premier League every season, hardly winning a game
