Lets face it, who would want to come to us right now in our situation both on & off the field. No brainer for any player really. WalthamOwl Posted January 31, 2021 Share Posted January 31, 2021 (edited) That’s the thing, if a player has the choice of coming to us - a club that doesn’t pay players on time, point deduction, no manager, good chance they will be in league one with us next season or they can go to a club where they will get paid on time and still be a championship player next season. Thing is, if Chansiri had come out at the beginning of January and been honest it would have been so much better than ignoring everyone and blaming people. It then shifts from a perception of neglect and incompetence to some understanding of trying to manage without revenue. My enduring image of him is giving it the big un', saying money no object, just FFP.
