Villa cleared yesterday and today Birmingham have been cleared of charges after independent disciplinary commission ruling. We’ve got to hear shortly but you just know we won’t be so lucky.

I was expecting to hear our outcome today.

Wonder if Brum sue em, would think they have a case, disruption blah, blah.

They efl are considering an appeal...based on what i wonder..

They were considering one against Bolton then changed there minds.

Instead of helping clubs they would rather crush em.

All the cases are different of course. Can’t really judge ours on these.

The Brum one in particular was ridiculous.

What was Birmingham charged with?

All very different cases, don’t think has any bearing on what may or may not happen to us

Arbitration needs to be settled before getting anywhere near an Independent panel decision

Misconduct - believed to be not following the business plan which would have demanded they sell a player for significantly less than they later managed to do (and in turn make them likely to be relegated which obviously would be bad for cash flow).

Seems odd.
